Tasting notes: Light golden yellow colour . Nose is expressive. Aromas of flowers, dry spices, ripe citrus fruits, pineapple and baked apple . Full in the mouth, pleasant texture with a lot of balance between concentration of fruit, acidy and alcohol.
Food Match: White meat, Creamy pasta and Asian dishes.
