History: This wine follows the winery’s philosophy to create terroir wines with their own style, rich in tastes and flavors. The vineyards were chosen after careful consideration of the climate, soil, vines condition, growing method and grapes characteristics.
Vinification: A Good Year Syrah was made of the best grapes from a single vineyard. The grapes were hand-picked, delivered to the winery in small cases and selected on a double sorting table. Maceration for 25 days. Fermentation in inox barrels at a temperature 25-30°С. Matured for 12 months in French oak barrels “barrique” type until it reached completeness and harmony.
Tasting notes: The color is beautiful, dark red. The flavor is dominated by black forest fruits, blackberries, and violets, completed by strings of chocolate, vanilla and nuts. The taste is soft, fruity and dense. The wine has richness, complexity and style.
