Arkana Nota
Notus, the Greek god of the south wind and summer, was both revered and feared for the storms he brought.
For the creators of Arkana Nota, the elegant Pinot Noir grape symbolizes the fine balance between summer and autumn when warmth still lingers, yet the winds begin to carry the promise of change. Sensitive to heat, Pinot Noir thrives in cooler, breezier regions. In Bulgaria, its most suitable home lies along the northern Black Sea coast, near Cape Kaliakra the source of the grapes for this rakia.
In Arkana Nota, they sought to capture the refined and noble essence of this variety: delicate red berry aromas beautifully complemented by subtle honey and vanilla notes, gracefully enhanced through partial aging in oak barrels.
Often hailed as the king of wines, Pinot Noir inspires Arkana Nota to stand with equal distinction a rakia worthy of royal attention. Nota Bene!
