The first batch of The Alchemist that we import in UK is a wine rakia which is a blend of 50% Muscat Ottonel, 25% Pamid and 25% Gewürztraminer and have been matured in Bulgarian oak barrels for 3 months only in order to preserve the grapes characteristics. The nose has pronounced freshness with notes of roses and grape skins. On the palate it is pleasantly piquant with further notes of lavender and white pepper. A niche craft drink for true rakia connoisseurs.
