Vineyard: 55-58 years old vineyards.
Terroir: 6 milion years’ old sandstone rocky soils, 250-300 m altitude on a South facing hills near the river Danube.
Winemaking: Hand-picked with meticulous sorting in the vineyard. The yield is 480-540 kg/dka. It is then fermented for 12-14 days at 15-16 degrees temperature: Minimal intervention in the winemaking, no sulphites used.
Colour: Straw yellow with golden hues.
Nose: Floral nose with light spices on the background.
Palate: Intense & vibrant, with lively citrus & white flower notes combined with good backbone of acidity bringing more freshness.
