A small, honest, craft Bulgarian rakia project, containing 3 different high quality wine distillates – one that is aged for 12 years and two that are aged for 3 years in oak barrels. Ednā rakia is characterized by gentle aromas of vanilla, hazelnuts, carnations, roses, lavender and fine Muscat grapes. The taste is intense and dominated by notes of almonds, leaves, nougat and dark chocolate, followed by a long and spicy aftertaste. The old Slavic symbol Ā is used in the name to symbolize that the rakia is as old as the civilization and is worthy of taking its place on the stage of the world spirit beverages.
