Ageing: 18 months in French, American and Bulgarian oak barrels
Tasting Notes: Deep dark purple. Complex, balanced and subtle, bursting with black forest fruits and well integrated oak. Great flavour concentration, loads of black and red fruit, oaky vanilla notes, smoke and leather, perfect acidity and prominent ripe tannins with a very long finish.
Food Match: Roast beef, steaks, venison and other game dishes, mature cheeses.
