Grape Varieties: 70% Sauvignon Blanc & 30% Dimyat

Tasting Notes: A vibrant and zesty white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and the adventurous Bulgarian Dimyat. A wine that jumps out of the glass with open arms and attractive apple blossom, citrus peel and tarragon notes.

Food Match: As an aperitif or with shellfish, seafood, vegetarian dishes, fresh cheeses.
