Vineyard: 50+ years old vineyards.
Soils: Sandy clay soils.
Winemaking: Hand-picked late September 2015 with meticulous sorting in the vineyard. The yield is 500-600 kg/dka. It is then fermented for 12-14 days at 15-16 degrees temperature. Minimal intervention in the winemaking, no sulphites used.
Colour: Bright red with crimson hues.
Nose: Redcurrant, plums & light spice.
Palate: Pure & fresh, with lively ripe red cherry & blackberry notes, very elegant, silky tannins with a good weight but a fresh character with the support of its acidity.
