Made from carefully selected fully ripe quince fruits grown in the region of Vojvodina, hand-picked, fermented and double distilled in a traditional pot still without a distillation column, this top quality Dunja Barrique rakia by Hubert 1924 is then further aged for 2 years in oak barrels.
It exudes putiry of taste, exceptional balance of the aromas and flavours with very intense quince notes combined with the mellowing effect of the oak ageing. It matches perfectly with Prosciutto, dried pork neck, cheeses especially goats as well as olives and Carpaccio.
