INFORMATION: The wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Rubin. The latter is an indigenous Bulgarian grape variety, created back in 1946 by crossing of Nebbiolo and Syrah.
TASTING NOTES: Ruby coloured with soft nuances. On the nose there are ripe blackcurants, plums and cherries. The palate is smooth and harmonious with soft long finish.
FOOD MATCH: BBQ, burger, sausages, pasta with tomato sauce, terrines.
