Tasting Notes: Complex, balanced and subtle, bursting with black forest fruits and well integrated oak. Great flavour concentration, lots of black and red fruit, oaky vanilla notes, smoke and leather, perfect acidity and prominent ripe tannins with a very long finish.
Food Match: Roast beef, steaks, venison, stews, mature cheeses.
