Ageing: Classic Champagne method 24 months on the lees
Tasting Notes: Shiny, golden-yellow colour with green reflection. The nose is dominated by ripe apple with intense citrus. The palate has intense notes of green apple followed by citrus peel. Very fresh, tense, classic method sparkling wine with great structure and balance. Fine mousse and persistent finish.
Food Match: Excellent as an aperitif or with crustaceans, fish and white meat, dishes like battered cod and onion rings, smoked salmon and potato galette, biscuit-topped chicken potpie.
