GRAPES: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
TERROIR: Temperature with sunshine duration over 3000 hours during the year and over 110 clear days. Hot dry summer with warm nights. Soft and warm winters. No spring freezing and frost. The soils are sandy and sandy-loamy, clay-limestone.
WINEMAKING: The grapes are destemmed and crushed. The must is destemmed and cooled down to 8-10 C. This is followed by yeast introduction and fermentation at 12-14 C for 15-20 days. The wine remains on yeast lees for period of time with lees stirring (batonage).

COLOUR: Bright straw colour with green hues
NOSE: Very expressive aromas of green apples, lemon peel, grass and passion fruits.
PALATE: Crisp and fresh with a restrained elegance and ripe citrus, fresh herbs and gooseberry fruit notes.
