WINEMAKING: The grapes for the wine were picked end of September 2015 from the own single vineyard of Tsarev Brod winery, Danube plain, Northern Black Sea region of Bulgaria. The wine has fermented in small stainless steel tanks under control temperature for 30 days.
AGEING: It was aged on fine lees for 8 months and was bottled at the end of June 2016.
YIELD: 33 hl/ha
TECHNICAL FACTS: ABV 12.5%, Residual sugar 2.0 g/l, Total acidity 7.4 g/l
COLOUR: Light golden colour with green hues
NOSE: Very well developed classic varietal nose with hints of petrol, wax, honey, dried flowers, fresh white mushrooms and candied citrus peel.
PALATE: Classic Riesling development, with excellent structure – tight, lean and rich with notes of citrus peel, seeds, flint and raw nuts.
