Made from Libera Estate’s own Sour Cherry orchards near Bezdenitsa village in Danube Plane, gently pressed and fermented in order to fully preserve the intense fruit characteristics, sweetened with natural fruit sugars to achieve a lovely balance with the acidity in the sour cherries. A traditional product in Bulgaria, which the team at Libera Estate is looking to revive and continue popularizing. Recommended to enjoy as an aperitif or digestif, as well as alongside chocolate and fruit desserts.
