Stara Pesma is a very stylish and well-rounded apricot rakija double distilled based by a traditional method through a pot still. The apricot notes are very well-preserved and in great balance with the notes coming from the 3 and a half years of ageing the rakija in oak barrels. The nose is characterized with excellent apricot, fig, caramel, vanilla, almond and hazelnut notes. The taste is well-rounded and develops exuberantly on the palate with a very good harmony between nutty aromas, caramel, vanilla and apricot.
