AGEING: 27 months in Oak barrels ( Bulgarian, Hungarian and French) and 17 months in the bottle
TASTING NOTES: Excellent purple color. Intricate nose with noble notes of dried flowers, meat with spices, blackcurrant liqueur and iodine. Medium to thick body with grainy tannins and spicy dry finish.
FOOD MATCH: Venison, Wild boar and Matured hard cheeses.
