100% Gergana - a Bulgarian indigenous white grape variety, selected via crossing of other two Bulgarian grape varieties - Dimyat and Muscat Ottonel.
All the grapes were picked end of September 2019 from the own vineyard of Tsarev Brod winery, Danube plain, North Eastern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. The wine has fermented in small stainless steel tanks under control temperature of 16-18 degrees for 30 days. Aged on its lees for five months and was bottled at the end of Feb 2020.
COLOUR: Pale yellow color with light greenish hues
NOSE: Fresh and intense with expressive herbaceous, floral, grassy and fruity notes.
PALATE: Crisp and fresh body with good length, moderate acidity and a long finish
