The grapes for the wine was gathered mid-September 2016 from the vineyards of the winery Tsarev Brod Shumen.
The wine has fermented in small stainless steel tanks, in order to control temperature for 30 days.
Aged on fine lees for five months and was bottled at the end of March 2017.
Gentle light pink color with shades of salmon and onion skin. Intense nose with fresh character, expressive fruit flavors. Flowery aromas. Light and fresh body, with good acidity, medium length and a pleasant fruity finish.
