The grapes for the wine was gathered mid-September 2016 from the vineyards of the winery Tsarev Brod Shumen.
The wine has fermented in small stainless steel tanks in order to control temperature for 30 days.
Aged on fine lees for five months and was bottled at the end of March 2017.
Nice golden color with greenish hues. Nose with fresh character, expressive herbaceous and fruity notes. Slightly peppery flavor aroma. Soft attack, round and fresh body with good length and fine fruity finish.
