AXL Rose Valley Misket 2021 made by Madlen Kuzmanova of Chateau Copsa in Rose Valley, Bulgaria
A lovely expression of the indigenous Bulgarian grape variety Rose Valley Misket, lemon green yellow in colour, with intense floral nose, medium body, pronounced notes of geranium, citrus and white flowers and long fresh finish. Drinks very well as an aperitif or with smoked salmon, shellfish or salads.
Nomad Feteasca Regala 2021 made by Aurelia Visinescu of Aurelia Visinescu Winery in Dealu Mare, Romania
A 100% Feteasca Regala – the signature native white grape variety of Romania, very expressive, with freshly cut grass, elderflower and wild flowers aromas. Refreshing on the palate, with grapefruit and lime hints on the finish. Well chilled, it harmoniously accompanies various fish and seafood dishes, or also spicy Asian dishes.
Symbiose 2021 made by Maria Stoeva of Bratanov Family Winery in Sakar Mountain, Bulgaria
A wild fermented blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and the local indigenous Tamyanka. Light golden yellow colour with green hues, intense nose with notes of citrus and flowers. Medium bodied, fresh and zesty white with notes of lime, white peach and acacia and lovely mineral finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with salads, seafood or white meats with herb sauces.
Melnik Rosé 2020 made by Nadya Ilieva of Orbelia Winery in Struma Valley, Bulgaria
A beautiful light salmon coloured rosé from Orbelia’s own 38 year old vineyards of Broad Leaved Melnik on the hills around Mitinovo village in Struma Valley. Harmoniously textured with exotic notes dominated by mature citrus, tropical red fruits, gentle lemongrass and light spiciness. Great on its own or with Mexican food.
Natura Mavrud & Rubin 2020 made by Kapka Georgieva of Korten Winery in Thracian Valley, Bulgaria
A lovey blend of the two signature indigenous red grape varieties of Bulgaria – the Mavrud which boasts a noticeable presence in the body of the wine and the enigmatic Rubin (a cross between Syrah and Nebbiolo) that adds a variety of aromas and lively character. Deep ruby red colour with expressive notes of black cherries, plums and herbs. Medium bodied with very well-balanced acidity and ripe tannins. Aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels. Drink with pork, stews or mature cheeses.

A 100% Syrah, dark ruby with purple hues with pronounced notes of black cherries, forest fruits and herbs on the nose. Rich and elegant in the mouth, with lovely purity of fruit and well balanced spice and acidity.
