GRAPE VARIETIES: 50 % Cabernet Franc, 40 % Merlot, 10 % Rubin
AGEING: 36 months in oak ( Bulgarian, Hungarian and French) and 12 months in the bottle
TASTING NOTES: Intense crimson colour, plenty of ripe red fruits and dark chocolate on the nose, rich and juicy with further notes of tobacco and leather and velvety tannins.
FOOD MATCH: Venison, Wild boar and Matured hard cheeses.
Wild fermented using only indigenous yeast from the vineyard naturally existing on the skins of the grapes.
