An outstanding apricot rakija produced by following the secret recipes of the old masters at Hubert Distillery. Several varieties of apricots are used in order to achieve distinctive pronounced aromas and impeccably clean taste. The fruits are left on the trees until they reach full maturity and the colour stays neutral and mild and does not turn into the common yellow. Already rich in citric acids, the fruits go through a process of long controlled fermentation, and then double distillation which results in a very long finish on the palate.
