Tasting Notes: Intense dark ruby red coloured. Attractive fruity nose with pronounced spices, herbs and fine oak, followed by notes of ripe cherries, plums, mulberries, blueberries and spices on the palate. Elegant, medium to full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and very long finish.
Food Match: Excellent pair for roast beef, pork, duck, turkey with cranberry sauce, pasta and mushroom dishes, roasted vegetables.
