Plomari distillery combines the traditional method following the recipe created in 1894 by Isidoros Arvanitis with the latest modern bottling and packaging technologies. It uses small handmade copper stills and all procedures are carried out under strictly controlled conditions while observing all health regulations. The aniseed and fennel used in the distillation process are of the highest quality and come from the distillery's own fields in Lisvori on Lesvos island. Great as an aperitif or with raw fish and seafood, appetizers and salads.
