Grape Varieties: 50% Dimyat & 50% Rkatsiteli

Winemaking: Natural winemaking, wild fermentation of the grape juice in stainless steel tank. No additives are used. We let the wine to evolve naturally avoiding any manipulation. It hasn't been altered at any stage of its creation

Tasting Notes: Elegant and at the same time rich style, abundance of citrus character and orchard fruit notes, long refreshing finish.

Food Match: Asian cuisine, roast poultry, fish dishes.
