Ageing: 12 months in Bulgarian oak barrels

Tasting Notes: Deep garnet colour, multi-layered nose of spices, chocolate, leather, vanilla and toasted nuts. Rich but very elegant and supple, with notes of black fruits, truffles, cocoa, black olives and earth, long generous finish.
