STYLE: Full Flavoured & Robust

GRAPE VARIETIES: Fetească Neagră, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon

AGEING: 3 months in French oak barrels

TASTING NOTES: Ruby red colour with garnet reflexes. Red fruit flavours, but also slightly minty reminiscent of eucalyptus. Black cherries, cardamom, white pepper and black chocolate on the palate with fine tannins from grapes harvested at full maturity.

FOOD MATCH: Beef goulash, Mushroom Risotto, Roasted Lamb
