Tasting Notes: A translucent wine in the raspberry-red spectrum. The nose opens with aromas of morello cherry, raspberry, cherry, and strawberry, subtly layered with rustic undertones. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with remarkable harmony and an unusually long finish for the variety.

A natural wine, made without stabilizers, added sulphites or allergens.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with red meats, pasta dishes, and roasted vegetables.
