Natural Jujube Hand Crafted Liqueur 70cl, 30% ABV

Jujube is a sweet powerful fruit from the SUPER FRUIT category, enjoyed as a longevity and stamina berry for thousands of years. It has up to 20 times more Vitamin C content than citrus fruits. Thanks to its vitamins and minerals content, it is called “King of Vitamin C” and “Iron Jujube”.

Appearance: Intense golden brown hue with copper reflections and pleasing legs.

Nose: The nose is quite discreet at first. It is centred around spices and cinnamon, with a faint liquorice note. Some citrus and cask aromas follow as well as a burnt caramel undertone that persists throughout.

Palate: Quite thick and heavy on the palate; the flavours are discreet and curious… the liquorice is sustained followed by some interesting spices, also caramel and coffee

Food match: Hard aged and blue cheeses, also soft cheeses such as Brie, roast nuts. White chocolate desserts.
